With not much time to prepare, Mayer played a version of “human nature” that was so moving it was the type of performance that made one say: “Ah! this is why there are songs of Beauty at events which acknowledge the tragedy we all face in the bitter cycle of life.
That was way too heavy! Ā That just shows how great Dr. Mayer was!
